Not just the make-it-happen side most of us lean on in business. The intuitive, creative, compassionate side most workplaces ask you to leave at the door.
I've held onto a conviction for equality, a desire to lead differently, and a dream of building something regenerative, where doing good and doing well aren't in conflict. These worlds colliding felt like a long shot. Until now.
